Within SoftPro Solutions we have a broad knowledge and experience on how medical engineering departments works and their needs in Sweden as well as abroad.

User Group
Our user group connects all the users of Medusa. Within this group, there is a constant work put in together, planning and new requirements for the improvement of Medusa.

Support/information
Included in our service agreement we let all users to have access to a web portal for communication and information. This portal includes a helpdesk, forum for requirements, manuals, new versions to download and other related documents.

The service agreement includes at least one new release annually
as well as an access to our support desk

Technique
Medusa is a web-based application. We have used latest Microsoft. Net technology as development environment. The system architecture includes a suite of applications and packages of add-on modules.
